VBS in India starts soon!

GRM INDIA VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL IS JUST TWO WEEKS AWAY!

FORBID NOT THE CHILDREN TO COME TO ME!

Those of you who have been with us for some time know that every year we hold VBS (Vacation Bible School) in India, among all our directors in India reaching thousands of children. However, one zone has brought VBS to another level above them all.

Each year, they develop new skits, music, presentations, and hand painted pictures. This entire effort mobilizes a small army of volunteers from about 350 churches under the care of our leader. Each pastor in this network reaches several villages weekly – much like the circuit riding preachers of old. Many of these meetings are still held in village homes.

WE HAVE ALREADY WORKED FOR TWO MONTHS ON INDIA VBS PREPARING FOR HARVEST!

Our target is 1,200 villages. We are training 3,000 volunteers, as I write.

These young people are being trained to reach these villages with the gospel through skits, songs and Bible presentations. I see the training of these young people just as important as reaching thousands of children.

We have already put deposits down for candy, gifts, tablets, bags, and pens along with awards for 50,000 children.

We owe several different vendors, but they were kind enough to give us accounts as they normally do. Team preparation is taking place also in all the churches. The entire plan is mapped out. 400 villages every 14 days until they are finished, then we have a follow up reader program.

All the recordings for skits and music, and the printing of 2,240,000 pages are finished.

The program will start with 400 villages in less than two weeks!

Our goal is to reach 50,000 children with VBS training in 1,200 rural villages.

We propose to reach the villages in batches of 400, until all are reached!

This is one of the most aggressive rural outreach efforts in India. WE URGENTLY NEED your prayers and help today!
