There are some things you do in life that you never get tired of, no matter how many times you do it!
Teresa and I NEVER lose our excitement of witnessing first hand entire Christian families set FREE from life in brick maker prisons who have NEVER committed a crime.
We don’t always have all the funds to go forward with a deliverance, so we sacrifice. This is the only way true Kingdom work is accomplished, through sacrifice. Reading Romans 12:1-2 shows this. With this sacrifice, the Lord ALWAYS shows up! We can tell you story after story. One thing we know for sure, is that Jesus knows about every redemption. God is involved in every deliverance.
“I was in prison and you came to visit me … I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” Matthew 25:36, 40
Once we tell our native leaders to get a family ready to be released, they stop everything to do it! They know more than us about the many trials these families endure. On July 3rd, I sent the notice to prepare the family and all the teams changed directions at the drop of a hat. Why? These people are suffering beyond our imagination, they are always in danger, and they never stop working making their quota of bricks.
We can’t stand to let them stay one more day, if possible!
Young Christian girls come of age and they are watched by Muslim men and hunted down. They are like little helpless lambs in the midst of ravenous wolves. We want to rescue as many as we can, as quickly as we can.
Today we rejoice with four more families, 20 people in all. We set them free all on the same day! It took 11 hours to do it, as the prison was 4 hours away and it was extremely hot weather. The brick master did not want to let them go, but we paid for their freedom and he could do nothing.
Did you know according to the Word of God this is “losing the bands of wickedness undoing heavy burdens and letting the oppressed go FREE?” See Isa. 58:6
Rejoice with us!
