2026 Family in Great Pain Set FREE!

A PRECIOUS FAMILY IN GREAT PAIN HAS BEEN SET FREE!

“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

Thank you for praying. The family we asked you to lift before the Lord has now been set free—a miracle of love hundreds of miles from our mission station in a remote brick kiln.

Our native leaders continue traveling across Pakistan like circuit‑riding pastors, visiting kiln after kiln. Some believers cannot publicly declare Christ, so we have many Nicodemus‑type disciples quietly following Jesus. Brick masters often torment Christian families, even threatening their daughters to force them back to Islam. Because of this, we use special language when setting families free.

By God’s grace, every family we have rescued has received Christ, been discipled, and continues to follow the Lord after deliverance. “If the Son sets you free, you shall be free indeed.” — John 8:36

From time to time, we encounter families who have endured severe trauma—some maimed, threatened, or even killed for protecting a wife or daughter. Today’s rescue was one of the most heartbreaking.

A dear sister had been bedridden for years after breaking her hip. She cried day and night from unbearable pain. Jesus often went after one person, one family, and today He led us to this “one lost sheep.” “He leaves the ninety‑nine and goes after the one.” — Luke 15:4

We sent an ambulance into the prison, placed her on a stretcher, and rushed her to the hospital. Through WhatsApp, we were able to visit her as she received pain medication for the first time. Due to extreme neglect, she has lost all feeling in her toes. She is now under a doctor’s care and will soon move into her rented home with her family.

When Teresa and I greeted her, she smiled through her pain—grateful that her family was finally free. Born in prison, she has made bricks since childhood. It was all she had ever known. Please continue praying for this precious family.

“John Musser spends his birthday in (brickmaker) prison—again!”

A few days before my actual birthday, Teresa and I joined a live service with 107 children and 270 prisoners. The technology made it feel as though we were right there.

I preached on “You must be born again” and shared how I have two birthdays. I invited everyone to receive a new birthday in Christ—and the entire prison stood to receive Him.

We ate birthday cake together, then watched every child receive socks, shoes, and a hat. Only one child in the entire prison had shoes before this.

Earlier that morning, I had read Jesus’ words: “When you give to the poor… your Father who sees in secret will reward you” — Matthew 6:4. The reward truly is joy—the meat to eat that the world does not know of.

We are purchasing more motorcycles for pastors serving in these prisons.

This vast network is reaching one of the most unreached people groups in Pakistan—the brickmaker prisons. A network of 1,027 pastors is our secret.

In just 37 days, we have set free 64 families—343 people!

Our next major assignment is shutting down an entire kiln (#227) in February. It requires a full month of preparation.

Please pray as this is another horror kiln desperately needing the light of Christ.
